We've grown our business by helping our clients grow theirs. PeoplePay, Inc. was founded and is managed by a Texas CPA with over 25 years of experience in accounting, taxation and corporate financial management. Texas payroll matters are a natural.

We are not a CPA firm. We are a full-service payroll processing house. We offer services to clients in the vibrant North Texas region and surrounding states. We emphasize cost effective and convenient service, accurate paychecks and payroll reporting, on-time delivery of all services and responsible and accurate payroll tax compliance.

Charles H. Sawyer, CPA

Charles has provided accounting, business advisory and tax services to business entities and individuals for over twenty years. During that time, he has provided high quality, personalized service to a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals to small and mid-size companies in a variety of diverse industries. Charles has background in both public and private accounting, giving him a unique perspective into the financial, tax and business needs of your company.

Charles is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to starting his own CPA firm in 1996, he was chief financial officer for a construction company, and chief executive officer for a manufacturing company. This experience allows him to relate to the challenges faced by his small business owner clients. He also served as Manager-Income Taxes for Braniff International Airways. This experience gave him a solid foundation in the complex area of business taxation.
